Two superb guesthouses, for an unconventional stay in Lyon
We are your hosts, and you are our guests!
Françoise is deeply attached to her city, where she first pursued her education in science. Her job later led her to travel a lot, and sleep out on a regular basis. Her experience of numerous cold, impersonal hotels, sparked off a desire: offering guesthouses that would not merely provide accommodation, but also allow for moments of friendliness and exchange. Françoise is also the one who tirelessly walked along flee markets in order to hunt for the perfect furniture and decorations.
An insider’s look at Lyon
Patrick is a born-and-raised Lyonese, like his mother before him, and like his two sons afterwards. After 30 years of life on the left bank of the Rhône river, he settled with Françoise in the area closer to the Saône river and was immediately seduced by the Saint-Jean district, in the heart of the old district. The florentine ambiance, the countless small restaurants, the narrow and convoluted paved roads and impressive Renaissance buildings are unique. Patrick is quite forthcoming when it comes to the city, and he is always happy to share his latest restaurant discoveries. He is all about food: a true Lyonese!
Two apartments, two ways of experiencing Lyon
The hosts’ shared enthusiasm for their city, and their will to offer an accommodation that is both exceptional and convivial translated into two unique apartments that are sure to make your next stay in Lyon a memorable experience. The most spacious of them, Côté Jardin, is a 50m2 duplex, nested in front of the Pink Tower: the perfect choice for a romantic getaway. Côté Cour, the second apartment, offers a view over a beautiful, typical, pedestrian square and over the Cour des Loges, another emblematic venue of the city.
Françoise and Patrick hope to have the pleasure of welcoming soon in one of the Lyon-Renaissance guesthouses. Don’t hesitate to contact them for any question of booking inquiry.
